& Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and all supplementary policies, rules, and notices published by mliwin:

• "mliwin", "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to mliwin.net and its operating entity, which holds the applicable international gaming licence governing the platform's real-money gaming activities.
• "Player", "You", "Your" refers to any individual who has registered or who seeks to register an account on mliwin.net and who accesses any product or service available thereon.
• "Account" means the individual player account registered on mliwin.net through which the player accesses the platform's services.
• "Real-Money Play" refers to any wagering activity conducted using PKR funds deposited into the player's mliwin account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive amounts credited to a player's account by mliwin under a promotional offer.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the transfer of cleared, wagerable funds from a player's mliwin account to a verified payment method registered to that account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be played through in eligible games before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity and age verification process required by mliwin before permitting deposits, withdrawals, or continued account access.

Access to real-money gaming services on mliwin is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. mliwin enforces a strict 21-year minimum age requirement in accordance with its international gaming licensing obligations. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services of this nature is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine the legal status of online gaming in their jurisdiction before registering.
• You must be acting as an individual and in a personal, non-commercial capacity. Registration and gameplay on behalf of a corporate entity, syndicate, or third party is not permitted.
• You must not be self-excluded from mliwin or any other gaming platform under an active self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an mliwin employee in a role that would create a conflict of interest with platform gaming activities.

By completing the mliwin registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment details — is accurate, complete, and current. mliwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where the registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

Each individual player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) mliwin account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

The player is solely responsible for all activity that occurs within their mliwin account, including — but not limited to — all wagers placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and changes to account settings. The following responsibilities apply to all registered mliwin players:

• You must maintain the confidentiality of your mliwin login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share these credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify mliwin immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. mliwin will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the player has failed to protect their login credentials.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your personal and payment details remain accurate and up to date. Outdated information may delay or prevent the processing of withdrawals.
• You must not allow any other individual to use your mliwin account, including family members or friends. mliwin accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You must co-operate fully with mliwin's KYC verification process, including providing requested documents within the timeframes specified by mliwin's compliance team.

mliwin processes all player financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in reversal and account review.
• mliwin reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests on accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Bonus funds must meet all applicable wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
• mliwin does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, players should be aware that their payment service provider (e.g. their bank or mobile wallet operator) may apply its own transaction fees independently of mliwin.
• mliwin reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence on any withdrawal request that triggers internal fraud or anti-money-laundering thresholds. During such review, the relevant withdrawal may be placed on temporary hold without prior notice.

mliwin offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prize pools. The following general terms apply to all mliwin promotional offers. Specific promotions may carry additional terms which will be clearly communicated at the point of promotion.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the relevant promotion. Any unused bonus balance remaining after the expiry of the validity period will be removed from the player's account without compensation.
• mliwin reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, including where it believes a player is misusing a promotion or exploiting it in a manner contrary to its intent.
• A player may only claim each promotional offer once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through account duplication or other means constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may not be claimed by existing players opening a new account for the purpose of reclaiming introductory promotions.
• mliwin reserves the right to withhold or claw back bonus amounts or bonus-derived winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or other prohibited conduct is identified, regardless of whether the wagering requirement has been completed.

mliwin offers cricket betting, live casino games (including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, teen patti, andar bahar, and sic bo), online slots, coin games, and card games. The following general gameplay terms apply across all product categories:

• All game outcomes on mliwin are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for RNG-based games, and by real physical equipment operated by licensed dealers for live dealer games. Game results are final once confirmed by the platform.
• In the event of a technical failure, system error, or communication interruption during a wager, mliwin's technical logs shall be the definitive record of the game state and outcome. Where a round cannot be completed, mliwin reserves the right to void the round and return the relevant stake to the player's account.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of any game before placing a real-money wager. mliwin provides game rules for all titles available in the platform's game information sections.
• mliwin reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event or market that was offered in error — including incorrect odds, incorrect market configurations, or markets made available due to a technical error.
• For sports betting markets (including cricket), mliwin's settlement decisions are final and based on the official results of the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC, PCB). In cases of disputes regarding event outcomes, mliwin's decision based on available official information shall be binding.
• Players must not use any software, algorithm, or automated tool to interact with mliwin's platform. All gameplay must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.

mliwin is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. Gaming on mliwin is intended as an entertainment activity for adults aged 21 and above. The platform maintains the following responsible gaming provisions as mandatory, non-removable features of every player account:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased within a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-based alerts that notify them of the duration of their current gaming session at specified intervals.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be logged into and no new deposits or wagers may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who require a more extended break may activate a self-exclusion period of between 1 month and 5 years, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected period.
• Reality Checks: Players may set pop-up notifications at regular intervals during gameplay sessions to prompt a review of session activity and losses.

mliwin actively monitors account activity for patterns that may indicate problem gambling behaviour, including sudden increases in deposit frequency, extended uninterrupted session durations, and rapid loss escalation. Where such patterns are identified, mliwin may proactively contact the player and may impose temporary account restrictions in the interest of player welfare, without this constituting a breach of these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mliwin and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Upon identification of any prohibited conduct, mliwin reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, void all affected wagers, and withhold any associated funds pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the platform if under 21 years of age, or knowingly allowing an underage individual to access your account.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or other non-manual means to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus outcomes.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting using mliwin bonus funds, or any systematic exploitation of promotional offers contrary to their intended purpose.
• Conducting any transaction on the platform that facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Using third-party payment methods, or processing deposits or withdrawals through accounts not registered in your own name.
• Abusing chargebacks through your payment provider after funds have been deposited and used for wagering on mliwin.
• Attempting to hack, interfere with, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the mliwin platform.

All content on the mliwin platform — including but not limited to the mliwin brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of mliwin or its licensed third-party suppliers. Nothing in these Terms or in your use of the platform grants you any ownership interest in or licence to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any mliwin intellectual property without prior written consent.

mliwin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to full compliance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to the downloading, copying, scraping, or redistribution of any platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mliwin, its officers, directors, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from a player's participation in real-money gaming activities on the platform, whether arising from game outcomes, technical errors, or otherwise.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with a player's use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from platform downtime, technical disruption, network failures, or events beyond mliwin's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Consequences arising from a player's decision to access or use the platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted or prohibited.

Where mliwin's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable mandatory law, mliwin's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to mliwin in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate a player's mliwin account in accordance with the following provisions:

• Player-Initiated Closure: A player may request closure of their mliwin account at any time by contacting mliwin support. Subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds and completion of applicable KYC verification, any real-money balance on the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's verified payment method.
• mliwin-Initiated Closure: mliwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account where: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the player has provided false registration information; (c) the player's account is associated with fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; (d) continued account access would breach mliwin's licensing obligations; or (e) any other circumstance arises that mliwin reasonably deems grounds for account closure.
• Upon mliwin-initiated closure for cause, mliwin reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of a full investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mliwin holds its applicable gaming licence. The player submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any such dispute.

Where a player is domiciled in Pakistan, this governing law provision does not override any mandatory consumer protection rights to which the player may be entitled under applicable Pakistani law.

mliwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their mliwin account or via a notice displayed on the platform at login, no less than fourteen (14) days before the amended terms take effect, except where mliwin is required by its licensing obligations or applicable law to implement changes on shorter notice.

Continued use of the mliwin platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes the player's acceptance of those amended Terms. If a player does not agree to amended Terms, they must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect.
